Markwort PowerSwing Bat Weights, Kelly Green,8oz

• 8 oz. Kelly Green

• Cast iron bat weights are color-coordinated according to their respective weight.

• Great, simple, and effective tool to build bat speed and for warming up prior to stepping in the batter's box.

• Use for training to increase your bat speed

We have been training hitters in overload/underload training for 20+ years. We find that most bat weights are too heavy to help. These 8 oz. weights are just right for overload training.
